Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent to take up the                                                               
Conference Committee Report for CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE                                                                         
BILL NO. 285 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and                                                                
capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                          
program; and providing for an effective date" which had been read                                                               
May 10 (page 3046). Without objection, the report was before the                                                                
Senate.                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senator Micciche moved the Senate waive Uniform Rule 42 for the                                                                 
limited purpose of including:                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
     · Approval of bargaining agreements for certain public                                                                     
          employees of the State of Alaska

Report. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection.
